ARE YOU PHYSICAL OR SEDENTARY?

Realease your energy when you're running
keep calm and thinking when you are stay sedentary

personally I like the sedentary lifestyle, because thinking can make a person become wise.
We practice maditine in yoga, it helps us to calm down. After one day's work, we always feel tired. Then we do need a way to relax. Sitting and keeping your mind empty really help you to relax.
