ARE YOU PHYSICAL OR SEDENTARY?

Realease your energy when you're running
keep calm and thinking when you are stay sedentary

personally I like the sedentary lifestyle, because thinking can make a person become wise.
We practice maditine in yoga, it helps us to calm down. After one day's work, we always feel tired. Then we do need a way to relax. Sitting and keeping your mind empty really help you to relax.

  1. It's good that you are cultivating a calm mind with meditation. I agree that yoga is beneficial to our minds and bodies. However, research also shows that your brain requires physical activity in order to be healthy and your cognitive performance will be enhanced with a more active lifestyle. In other words, your grades should improve! I would say that finding a balance would be best: physical activities and yoga/meditation both have a place in our lives
